Raised by his Nonna in the Abruzzo region of Italy, Chef Abruzzi grew up in the kitchen. Each morning, he would accompany her to the local market, where they’d carefully select the freshest produce and finest cuts of meat. It was there he learned that the heart of any wholesome meal begins with quality ingredients — and that food made with love always tastes better.
